Confirm the two chat presets contain distinct content values rather than an empty “any comment” rule.
A frozen tower still gets destroyed+
That is expected: freeze prevents placement and stealing, but it is not a shield against Destroy.
LIVE events do not reach the game+
Confirm Launcher shows the room as connected, verify the active game presets, then send a test interaction before reopening the game.
The game does not fit the stream layout+
Capture the game window at its intended orientation and resolution, then resize that source inside OBS instead of cropping important scores or gift instructions.
