1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BeetGames ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeetGames is a digital marketplace for TikTok live interactive games. Purchases and membership redemptions are delivered digitally to your account immediately upon successful payment.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and password to access products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Purchases and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Payment must be completed before game access is added to your account.
  • All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. See Section 5 for refunds and cancellation.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

All purchases, including monthly subscription payments, renewal charges, and Lifetime purchases, are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused access or partially used subscription periods.

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time in BeetGames Launcher under Subscription → Cancel renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.

6. Game Access

  • Game access is bound to your BeetGames account and used through the BeetGames Launcher.
  • Access may have an expiration date as indicated at the time of purchase or redemption.
  • Only one launcher session may remain active for an account at a time.
  • If you have account or device issues, please contact support.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
  • Share, resell, or transfer your account access in a way that violates the game's terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BeetGames, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of BeetGames or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

BeetGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
